Acceptable Use

Content & Intellectual Property

News summaries on the Platform are AI-generated from publicly available news articles. Each summary includes citations to original source articles — the original content remains the property of its respective publishers.

Practice questions, quiz content, platform design, and all other original materials on Daily Fix are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

• Not official exam material — Daily Fix is an independent study aid. We are not affiliated with any examination body, bank, or government institution.
• AI-generated content — Summaries and questions are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify important information from original sources.
• No guarantee — We do not guarantee exam results, scores, or outcomes from using the Platform.

Availability

We aim to provide daily content updates but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daily Fix and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
